A window patching carton is a box with a transparent plastic film applied over a die-cut opening, allowing customers to see the product inside without opening the package. This technique enhances product visibility for retail display, improves product presentation, and increases sales by attracting consumer attention. Common materials for the film include PET, PVC, and OPP, with the choice depending on the product's needs for protection and clarity.
V Cut folding cartons, also known as V-groove folding cartons, are a type of folding carton that uses a V-shaped groove in the paperboard, not a V-shaped cut, to create a clean and precise fold. This groove, created during the die-cutting process, allows the carton to fold more easily and accurately, forming a neat, sharp crease without the need for complex machinery or excessive pressure, which is ideal for applications like window patching and high-quality packaging.
MET PET laminated printed mono-cartons are a type of premium packaging made by applying a metallized polyester (MET PET) film, often with a metallic foil, to a printed paperboard base. These cartons offer a unique, eye-catching, and reflective finish for products in the cosmetics, FMCG, and pharmaceutical industries, enhancing brand image, shelf appeal, and product visibility with a luxurious, high-value look.
Digitally printed mono cartons are lightweight, single-layer paperboard boxes for retail products, using digital printing for high-quality, custom graphics and branding. They are versatile, cost-effective, and eco-friendly, used across industries like food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, and can be customized with various finishes and folding styles for functionality and enhanced consumer appeal
Rigid boxes are sturdy, non-collapsible packaging made from thick paperboard that provides superior protection for high-end products like electronics, cosmetics, and jewelry. They are pre-assembled and retain their shape, creating a premium and memorable unboxing experience for customers. Cake and pastry bases are either the edible foundation of a dessert (pastry) or a non-edible supporting structure (cake base). Edible pastry bases are made from various doughs like shortcrust, puff, or choux, which form the edible crust for pies, tarts, and éclairs. Tear-strip and half-cut cartons are forms of tamper-evident packaging designed to show visual proof of any unauthorized opening. While a tear-strip provides a clean, user-friendly opening, a half-cut carton offers versatile access by covering only one side.
