We have an advanced prepress set up. Our facility is unrivalled in India with capabilities for high definition screening. Software packages ensure error free and cutting edge packet engineering by our experienced design team. We have very low turnaround time (from Prepress design to production and despatch) due to a combination of unrivalled infrastructure and process automation.
With more than 3 decades of experience in offset printing and packaging, Calprin has state of art infrastructure to make the most value added products. Calprin invested in the first fully loaded UV offset press complete with an inline anilox coater in Eastern India. Embellishments such as drip off. Matte-gloss, anti-scuff and soft touch are implemented on over 300 plus brands of cosmetics, fmcg, hosiery and other verticals.
We are equipped with screen printing capabilities to create very decorative printed mono cartons and rigid boxes.For short volume packaging jobs we are equipped with advanced digital print machine from Canon. We also have digital die cutting and plotting machines for sampling and short volume packaging.
At Calprin we have a vast range of equipment to create various types of printed mono cartons. We house the latest auto die-cutters, foil stations, folder gluers including a Bobst Expertfold, digital plotters for short volume die cutting. Additionally a V-Cut and window-patching machine is housed for high-end cosmetics and fmcg brands.
We have an in-house facility for Mini and Micro fluted cartons to produce E/N type flutes
We have an elaborate rigid box making facility which caters to multiple export and domestic brands of tea and baked goods. Products include rigid top bottom, sleeve-tray, folder- tray boxes, printed cake, pastry and macaron bases.
We are also equipped with an exhaustive ink kitchen which includes spectrophotodensitometers, colour proofing, UV coaters and allied mixing equipment.
